Annabel Jones

Beauty Director Grazia

My skin looks and feels best when I cut out sugar and add lots of water rich foods like melon, cucumber and eggs to my diet. I believe this hydrates my skin better than water alone. I also dry body brush daily and apply body lotion or oil to wet skin after a bath which helps it absorb better.

The one thing I absolutely instil in children is to protect skin from the sun. Learning to keep skin healthy starts early as all the children wear sunscreen, put on sunhats and keep out of the sun between 11am and 2pm when it's really hot. Some children aren't keen on wearing sunhats so my top tip is to stick with the golden rule 'no hat, no outside play' which soon convinces them!
