Thursday 15th October – a big day for little hands!
All around the world, children are going to be encouraged to wash their hands with soap, thanks to the efforts of Global Handwashing Day.
Cities, towns, communities, schools – everywhere there are children, they’re going to be encouraged to wash their hands all through the day – after going to the toilet, before and after eating, after coming into contact with animals.
Naturally, we’re delighted to give our support to the governments, institutions, private organisations and individuals who created this fantastic initiative to raise awareness among young people that clean hands can save lives.
